Message in the Dark is my light-hearted take on those evenings spent in our rooms, chatting, commenting and watching the screen as if the next notification might be the one we’ve been waiting for.

A like, a reply, a little sign that someone has noticed us—suddenly that tiny ping feels like a big event. We tell ourselves we’ll put the phone down, then sneak one more look. Just in case.

With a playful smile at our online habits, it’s a song about sending a little piece of ourselves into the dark and hoping someone sends something back.
